Sunroof Drive gear, remove and install, manual roof

Remove screws from forward edge of sunroof opening. Lift off plate and carefully peel back headliner material at each end of opening. Remove the screw in each corner of the roof, under the headliner material. Close roof !
Remove screw from cover on crank and remove cover
Remove screws on either side of crank handle and remove crank. Crank handle must be partially folded before assembly will release from regulator.
Remove plastic recess housing.
Remove sunvisors and holders, pull rear edge of roof trim down.
Remove screw from gear drive mechanism and pull mechanism down and out from between trim and roof.
Installation
Set gear to closed position before installation.
If crank is installed backwards, handle will not be able to be closed.
