| Remove rear seat bottom by pulling up sharply. Some very early models may
have two 10mm bolts, one below each seating position. Remove these bolts and lift lower
seat section out of car. |

| Remove the 10mm bolt securing each side of the rear seat back rest to
side of car, located just behind the side trim panels. Lift rear seat back rest upwards to
disengage clips at top, and remove from car. |

| On pre 88 models, open the rear side window. Pull door opening edge seal
away from trim panel. All models : Pull panel in towards center car and lift up to remove. |

| Remove cap and bolt from seatbelt rail on floor, behind seat. (passenger
side shown) |

| Loosen bolt securing seat belt rail to side of car and slide seat belt off
rail. |
 |
| Pull cap on upper seatbelt mount straight up, remove bolt. |
 |
| Remove coat hook. |
 |
| Move seat fully forward and remove 1/4 turn clips from bottom of B pillar
trim |

| Slide B pillar trim downwards to release clips at top. |
|
| Push cover for seatbelt opening out and feed seatbelt through slot in B
pillar trim. |
