| DANGER:
Disconnect battery negative cable before working on SRS system |

| Remove rectangular cover from lower steering column trim and disconnect
slip ring wiring connector. |
 |
| Disconnect wiring for crash sensor. |
 |
| Remove the two T30 tamper proof Torx bolts securing crash sensor to inner
fender. Disconnect and remove sensor. |
 |
Installation

| Clean all signs of rust or dirt from the mounting point on the inner
fender |
|
| Arrow on sensor faces forward. |
 |
Torques
|
|
| Sensor to inner fender : 8 Nm (6 ft lbs.) |
