Fuel pressure, check.
| Install a fuel pressure gauge in the fuel feed line. Feed line is at
rear of fuel rail, by number 4 throttle body. It may be necessary to remove purge
hose from valve cover (red arrow) for access. Install purge hose before starting engine. |

| Fuel gauge must be attached to the fuel line with a T
fitting. Fuel must enter the gauge, but still continue on to the fuel rail for
accurate readings. |
| Follow directions from fuel pressure gauge manufacturer. |

| Check fuel pressure without blocking return line. Pressure at
idle should be 3.0 bar ( approx. 42 psi). |
